Citroën We Care is an extended coverage program that protects key vehicle components, including the engine, gearbox, and transmission, for up to 8 years from the first registration or 160,000 km—whichever comes first.
How Does It Work?
This extended protection kicks in after the legal warranty and any manufacturer coverage expire. To benefit from Citroën We Care, regular maintenance at Prime Auto is required.
Continuous Coverage with Every Service
The program renews at each scheduled service, ensuring your vehicle remains protected until the next maintenance appointment. The coverage follows these maintenance intervals:
Petrol, Diesel & Hybrid Vehicles: Annual service or according to the scheduled mileage.
Electric Vehicles: Service every two years or based on mileage.
